Cancellation before dispatch
To cancel an order, send the order number on WhatsApp to +91 99801 11325 or by email to info@u2designs.com. Orders cancelled before dispatch are refunded in full to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days.
Cancellation after dispatch
An order cannot be cancelled once it has been dispatched. The customer may refuse delivery, in which case the garment is returned to us and, after inspection, the order value is refunded less the courier charge.
Made‑to‑order garments
An order for a made‑to‑order size or colour may be cancelled within 24 hours of the order being placed. After this period the garment is in production and the order cannot be cancelled.
Cancellation by U2 Designs
We may cancel an order if the item is no longer available, if the delivery address cannot be served, or if the order is suspected to be fraudulent. In such cases the customer is informed promptly and the amount paid is refunded in full.
