Prices and payment
Prices are stated in Indian rupees and are inclusive of GST at the applicable rate. Shipping charges are shown separately at checkout. Payment is made online through Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking and wallets). An order is confirmed on receipt of payment. A GST tax invoice is issued for every order; clinics and hospitals may enter their GSTIN at checkout to receive a B2B invoice.
Acceptance of orders
An order is accepted when dispatch is confirmed. We may decline an order if a garment is unavailable, if the price was displayed incorrectly, or if the delivery address cannot be served. In such cases any payment received is refunded in full.
Sizing
Sizes are selected using the size charts and the size finder, based on body measurements in centimetres. Size recommendations are provided as a guide only.
Delivery and cancellation
The Shipping & delivery and Cancellation policies form part of these terms.
Clinic and distributor accounts
Pricing, credit terms and quotations for clinics and distributors are agreed in writing and apply only to the account to which they are issued.
Intellectual property
All photographs, text, size charts and the U2 Designs name and logo are the property of U2 Designs and may not be reproduced without prior written permission.
Limitation of liability
We are responsible for ensuring that each garment is as described and free from defects. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for the outcome of surgery or recovery. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Bengaluru shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
