Dispatch
Orders placed before 2 pm on a working day (Monday to Saturday) are dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after 2 pm, on Sundays or on public holidays are dispatched on the next working day. For made‑to‑order sizes and colours, the lead time is stated on the product page; such garments are dispatched on completion, usually within 3 to 5 working days. Delivery timelines within India
- Bengaluru and Karnataka: 1 to 2 working days from dispatch.
- Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Pune, Ahmedabad): 2 to 3 working days from dispatch.
- Rest of India: 3 to 5 working days from dispatch. Deliveries to remote PIN codes may take one to two additional days.

Shipping charges
All prices displayed on the website are inclusive of GST. Shipping charges within India are displayed at checkout before payment is made. [OWNER: confirm the flat shipping charge and any free‑shipping threshold.]
Order tracking
The courier name and tracking number are sent by WhatsApp and email once the parcel has been handed over to the courier. The order status may also be checked on the Track an order page using the order number.
International orders
We currently deliver within India only. For international enquiries, please write to info@u2designs.com and courier charges will be quoted on request.
